Casting:
All dancers are cast! Placement class required to determine level and casting. Placement classes are offered in-person at Northwest Arkansas Conservatory of Classical Ballet on September 15th at 3pm and a make-up placement class on September 22nd at 3pm(same location). Northeast Arkansas and virtual dancers, placement options will be scheduled as needed. Please fill out placement interest form below, and we will contact you to schedule. Cast list will be announced September 23rd with a part acceptance and conflict notification form.

Production Fees:
We have two levels of production fees. A Base Production Fee and a Pay It Forward Production Fee. The Pay It Forward Production fee allows us to provide financial assistance for other dancers to increase accessibility to all adult dancers!

Your Production Fee contributes to the following:

• Costume costs (tutus, headpieces, full costume sets, etc)

• Teaching and choreography compensation

• Studio rental

• Theater rental for performance

Base Production Fee: $225
One-Time Payment (5% Discount): $213.75 Due September 30th
Payment Plan: 

• $75 Deposit Due September 30th, 

• $75 Due October 31st

• $75 Due November 30th

Financial Accessibility Clause:
We will work with any dancers to make it financially possible to participate! We do not want finances to be the barrier to adults having access to dance opportunities. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if finances are a barrier to your participation. facetdancecollective@gmail.com.


Rehearsal Process:
All dancers will have the opportunity to be in a corps de ballet pieces: Dancers will be placed based on placement class and dancer input. Rehearsals for Northwest Arkansas will run on Sunday afternoons at NWA Conservatory of Classical Ballet in Bentonville, AR and some Saturdays from 2-5pm at Natural State Performing Arts in Bella Vista, AR. All rehearsals will be recorded and can be made up by watching the recording. Dancers not local to NWA, can participate virtually during the rehearsal season. Dancers local to Jonesboro, AR will have access to local rehearsals during the rehearsal season. Dancers are responsible for knowing their choreography if they miss rehearsals. Questions are welcome outside of rehearsal if needed.

All Dancers will receive:

• Instructional Videos for their part taught from the back view.

• Stage diagrams to understand stage formations

• Access to in-person or live virtual rehearsals

Upon casting, a complete rehearsal schedule will be released along with a conflict notification form. As adults, we understand our lives are busy and work hard to keep expectations transparent up front. We try our best to not change any rehearsals times after the start of production season.


Virtual Dancers who are Traveling to Perform with Us:
We are able to provide lodging in NWA during show weekend if needed. Please contact facetdancecollective@gmail.com to request lodging.

Virtual Only Dancers:

We are so excited to announce that as part of our mission to create more accessibility and performance opportunities to the adult dance community at large, we are offering a virtual only options for dancers that want to participate and learn classical choreography, but can’t travel to perform in person with us. As a virtual only dancer, your production fee is $100. You can purchase a costume that we order and ship to you for an additional fee. 

Virtual only dancers will receive tutorial videos and be able to join our hybrid live or recorded rehearsals. You will have the opportunity to record yourself performing the choreography and be included in our release of the video of our production.

Stage Crew:

If you are interested in helping out with the show, but aren't quite ready or want to be on stage. We have roles for you! We'd love to have extra support stage managing, running lights and music, helping dancers backstage, or being on our tech team. Please email us at facetdancecollective@gmail.com if you are interested.
